the Influences of Community
on a Child’s Social Development
Overview
To
enlighten participants of understanding the correlation between child
development and the community in which they live. To give insight into how
children acquire characteristic traits and habits that are predicated upon the
atmospheric conditions of their environment.
Learning Objectives
After
taking this training, participants will:
- Understand what it means to be a “product” of one’s environment
- Identify the similarities, differences, or patterns as it relates to their respective backgrounds.
- Address the needs of a child as a result of a broader understanding of different socio-economic backgrounds.
