Overview
To
properly inform, educate and enlighten those in attendance of what culture is,
how society defines it, and it’s positive and negative influence on today’s
youth and the community as a whole.
Learning Objectives
After
taking this training, participants will:
- Workshop attendees will obtain a better understanding what culture really means, and the influence that culture has on childhood development and adult lifestyle.
- Workshop attendees will learn why society categorizes certain demographics, how stereotypes develop, and how detrimental they are to a child's mental development.
